My name is Joy Randolph and I am writing because Lipo 6 has been great in helping me lose weight. On January 1, 2008, I weighed 175 lbs and had 31% body fat. I had a goal of competing in a figure competition this year and knew that everything had to be on point from my diet to traininig to taking quality supplements. I started taking Lipo-6 Dec 07. I have been working out for a while now, and kicked in high grear after losing 53 lbs , but seemed to lack the ability to lose access body fat. After taking Lipo-6 and following a training program that included cardio, weight training, and eating small 6 meals a day, I've managed to shed 22 lbs of fat.

Lipo 6 is great, I take and don't have to worry about jitters or lack of sleep, I've literally taken my afternoon dosage one day and took a nap, amazing.

Because of major health problems at a weight of 303.4 pounds and 5'10". I decided it was time to take care of myself and loose this weight. Doctors expressed concern and friends of many years were afraid I was going to die. Prescription medication I was on and currently take causes the metabolism to slow. Between 1998 and Sept of 2005 I gained 100 pounds. On Sept 13th 2005 I started dieting with my wife and eating a good balanced diet of healthy foods. My wife lost 17 pounds the first three weeks and I had not lost one pound. I needed more help. I had heard about your product from a friend and purchased my first bottle of Lipo 6 at that time. Hello! My name is Mark Eldred and I am writing to tell you how much I love Lipo-6. I used Lipo-6 exclusively to lose 44 pounds in 15 weeks.

Stats:
Before: April 1st, 2006 - 230 lbs.
After: July 15th, 2006 - 186 lbs.

For the past year and a half, I had been trying to get as big and strong as possible. In the process, I gained quite a bit of fat. I decided it was time diet down and get ripped! However, I knew that if I was serious - I need a goal. I needed some accountability. I decided I would compete in the 2006 Natural Michigan Bodybuilding championships.

So, I started my diet at 15 weeks out from the contest date. I used a normal 5 day training split. My diet was very strict with the exception of one cheat meal every week. I used a carbohydrate cycling program - 2 days of moderate carbs and moderate protein followed by two days of low carbs and high protein. However, Lipo-6 was the key ingredient to my success. Lipo-6 helped me burn off the fat while giving me the energy to get through my workouts (especially on no carbs!)!!

After exactly 15 weeks, I stepped on the scale the day of the competition. Down from 230 pounds - I now weighed 186!!! I ended up taking third place in the light-heavy weights.

I'm writing you to "Thank You" for your excellent products. On January 17, 2006, I visited my doctor for a routine checkup and I had to step on those dreadful scales. I'm only 5'8" tall and the scale read 246lbs!! That was the most depressing moment of my life. Having lost my mom, dad, brother, and sister due to health related problems at relatively young ages, I knew that it was time to make a change, not tomorrow or the next day, but today. I wanted to make a lifestyle change not just a diet for a couple of months just to fail as most fad diets do at some point or another. I did a lot of research that day to better understand what I needed to do and how I needed to do it. I developed a plan to eat 5-6 small meals a day and to put in at least 20 minutes of cardiovascular exercise 5 days a week. I still took in 2000 calories on average and planned a cheat day once per week to allow myself to enjoy whatever foods I wanted. I also did a lot of research on NUTREX that day. I must admit, I was very skeptical about believing in LIPO 6 initially. I paid a visit to my local GNC and bought a bottle anyway. That later turned out to be a very, very, smart move. I started taking the recommended dosage on January 18, 2006 and worked my way up to the maximum dosage after a few days. My body fat percentage was at 31% at this time. I had a long way to go to get below 200lbs. I stuck with my plan and it was well worth it. Preparing my food each night, exercising regularly, and feeling great about myself are now nothing more than everyday life. My lifestyle change is now a success. As of today, May 31, 2006, I have lost an amazing 69lbs and weigh 177lbs!! My body fat percentage is now 13%, an 18% difference!! That is absolutely amazing to me!! I no longer have trouble walking up a flight of stairs, working in my garden, or running around with my 3-year-old daughter.
